Phil's professionalism included introducing specialist technical people when appropriate. On such occasions, he fully briefed our Conduit, who was able to satisfy the three Owners concerns about increased costs due to the complexities of a number of solutions resulting from construction defects originally not known.

At all times, Phil was communicative and thoughtful. His Team of trades was exceptional. They were obliging, calm and helpful. They displayed a bright, knowledgeable persona, along with their technical competences.

As a final note on the relationship between the here Owners and Phil, we hope to maintain an ongoing relationship, whereby Phil and Restorial took after any of our future building necessities.
